As all of us know, Mrs. Weber, our librarian, had a baby girl! There is another teacher in the building who surprised most of her students and the teachers. If you don’t already know, Mrs. Von Bargen is a 6th grade black team math teacher. She used to work at Forest Lake Elementary School as a 3rd grade teacher. To the surprise of many, she announced that she was pregnant in class with a decoding worksheet. ¨I remember when she was just getting married!¨ says Julia Schlosser, a 6th grade student. Julia had Mrs. Von Bargen as a 3rd grade teacher. She hasn’t told anyone the gender or what name she is thinking of, but I’m sure that will be another surprise coming our way!
